Dr. Morse joined Bosley in 2007, after more than 25 years as an American Board certified plastic surgeon (diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery).

Dr. Morse received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia in 1970. He was awarded the Department of Surgery Prize upon receiving his medical degree (M.D.) in 1974 from Dalhousie University Medical School, in Halfax, Nova Scotia. His internship in the Montreal General Hospital was followed by general surgery residencies in the Dalhousie Medical School and the University of Manitoba. He trained in plastic surgery at the University of Manitoba under the renowned Dr. Mirek Stranc, who expanded plastic surgery in the region to include microscopic procedures. In 1980 he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Plastic Surgery and has practiced since that time with his wife, Dr. Claudia Resch, the two operating as a very experienced plastic surgery team.

Dr. Morse became a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1981.

Clinical practice has included 1980-1985 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, 1985-1992 in San Francisco, CA, and 1992-2007 in the Atlantic City NJ area (Atlantic City, Northfield and Egg Harbor Township).

Committees have included the Medical Records Committee of Seven Oaks Community Hospital (chairman), the Legislative Committee of the San Francisco County Medical Society, the Membership Committee of the SFCMS (chairman) and plastic surgery head of the Sutter Street Surgical Center and the AtlantiCare Surgery Center.

First performing hair transplantation in 1993, Dr. Morse decided to limit his practice to hair restoration only in 2007 and joined Bosley.

Extensive training through the Bosley system included training by our founder, Dr. L. Lee Bosley, our medical director, Dr. Ken Washenik, our assistant medical director, Dr. Edwin Suddleson and six of our excellent surgeons: Dr. Mark Andrews, Dr. David Deutsch and Dr. Steven Gossard, all of Beverly Hills Bosley, as well as surgeons: Dr. Terence Aragoni in San Francisco Bosley and Dr. Anthony DiBiase and Dr. David Alpeter in Manhattan Bosley.

Dr. Morse is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland and in California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
